The product is great and works for calming your nerves, to relax enough to sleep and helps distract you from pain from a multitude of health issues or just muscle strain due to everyday occurrences.

Very fast shipping, but there could of been a geographical reason to explain that. The product I received was exactly what I was expecting. I received the order before I heard a response from anyone in customer service (4 days)… so that’s why it’s 4 stars because the product itself deserves a 5.

The company has a good reputation and, while I haven’t needed it yet, I’ve heard the customer support is excellent. The only negative thing is that sometimes they don’t have…access to a spesific book or article, so I have to scan required pages. On the other hand, they are not an online library and it’s probably better for me to send them scans rather than get an F

I received my last package very quickly. It was well wrapped, our postallady brought it to the front door, as she always does with any type of package. I immediately knew what it was and let it cool down before I opened it. The steak pieces for my dog turned out perfect, as usual. Bogey now asks for one when he wants it – I only let him have one twice a day. Great stuff!

are great. Shipping was a day faster than expected, which normally would’ve been fine, but it meant that they sat out in the sun and became a melted goop. I had to pick them all apart, and some couldn’t be salvaged and I had to estimate at size/portion.
